ORLANDO, Fla. (October 3, 2008) – FlightScope®, a premier portable indoor-outdoor ball-flight and launch monitor and the world’s first-ever 3D Doppler tracking radar for golf, was featured in Tour Tempo™ VIP Golf Schools this year, held at Alvamar Golf Course in Lawrence, Kan., monthly from April through October. The schools, which were begun at Alvamar in 2004, attract golfers of every playing ability from the U.S. and abroad, including men, women and juniors. During instruction, FlightScope was used to measure all aspects of the club and ball, and to work with students on increasing speed with Tour Tempo patented training aids. The teaching method is based on the book Tour Tempo, written by John Novosel Sr. and Sports Illustrated writer John Garrity. Tour Tempo has begun the process of certifying golf instructors worldwide, who will be introduced to FlightScope as they earn certification.

Tour Tempo VIP Schools are conducted by John Novosel Sr. and John Novosel Jr., who serves as Director of Instruction/Certification for Tour Tempo, as Fitness Instructor at Alvamar and as FlightScope territory representative for Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. He is a co-creator of the Tour Tempo™ Training System and has co-invented four golf swing trainers, with others patent pending.
