Professional golfers in North America and Asia used the SuperStroke™ Putter Grip over the weekend to help add significantly to their bank accounts.
In Korea, top PGA pro and SuperStroke user KJ Choi cruised to a three-stroke victory in the Shinhan Donghae Open, carding a 13-under-par 275 total. It was Choi’s second consecutive win at the event – both using the SuperStroke.
Meanwhile, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Nationwide Tour player Matt Bettencourt finished 18th – another strong performance for the SuperStroke player who won his first Nationwide event last month with the help of the grip.
SuperStroke users also finished well on other major tours over the weekend. This includes a third place result at the PGA Justin Timberlake Shiners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas, and a sixth place at the Champions Tour Administaff Small Business Classic in The Woodlands, Texas.
SuperStroke grips are available in the ProLine Series which feature bold new designs and colors plus a new surface material, as well as the original Classic Series, which are now offered in red or blue as well as the original charcoal gray.
At more than an inch and half in diameter – twice that of a conventional putter grip – all SuperStroke grips “fill the hands,” so the tendency to squeeze too tightly is greatly reduced. In addition, the grip’s exclusive and patented, virtually taper-free design promotes even pressure in both the right and left hands, helping to maintain a square putter face. And by keeping the hands “quiet,” the SuperStroke eliminates most wrist action in the putting stroke.
SuperStroke is USGA- and R&A-conforming for regular play and installs in minutes on any putter without any messy adhesives.
