NORTHBROOK, Ill., March 11, 2009 – KemperSports, manager of Caparra Country Club in Guynabo, Puerto Rico, announced today that Raymond Bonafont has been selected as general manager. In his role, Bonafont will oversee daily operations of the exclusive and historic club, located in the upscale San Patricio area of Guynabo, just 11 miles inland from San Juan.
Bonafont joins the private sport and social club with nearly two decades of high-end resort and private club experience, including 14 years at Dorado Beach Resort and Club, another KemperSports-managed facility in Puerto Rico. Most recently, Bonafont served as a food and beverage director at the four-star Wyndam Rio Mar Beach Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, where he oversaw operations of six restaurants and was active in serving the resort’s 500 members.
