NBC will unveil the winner of the 2009 Golf Digest U.S. Open Challenge during Kentucky Derby coverage on Saturday, May 2nd starting at 4:00 p.m. ET. Information about the winner will be available at www.golfdigest.com immediately after the announcement is made.
The winner will join Michael Jordan, Ben Roethlisberger and Justin Timberlake at the Black Course at Bethpage State Park, the site of the 2009 U.S. Open, and attempt to break a score of 100. The 18-hole round will be taped by NBC and air on Sunday, June 21st from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET, immediately prior to the final-round broadcast of the U.S. Open.
