FOURTEEN GOLF POSTS TWO MORE VICTORIES, for 4 in LAST 2 WEEKS

PGA TOUR Player Wins Back-to-Back as Asian Tour Winner is 2nd Youngest Ever

IRVINE, California (November 19, 2019) – The veteran PGA Tour player who last week won in Bermuda using Fourteen Golf products notched back-to-back victories in a Monday finish in Mexico.

Meanwhile, in India, 17-year-old Korea native Joo Hyung Kim became the second-youngest player ever to triumph on the Asian Tour, winning the Panasonic Open India using irons and wedges from Fourteen Golf.

The 34-year-old out of the University of Georgia used Fourteen Golf’s 60-degree RM-Wedge to help him shoot 20-under par with rounds of 63-68-65-68—264 at the par 71 El Camaleon GC and win the Mayakoba Classic in Playa del Carmen.  His third PGA Tour victory was worth $1.3 million and boosted him to No. 1 in the FedExCup standings.

“I just love this lob wedge,” the champion said following his one-shot victory. He has played Fourteen Golf wedge products since he was in college.

On the other side of the world, Kim won using Fourteen Golf’s TC920 Forged irons 3-PW and FH Forged V1 wedges in 52 and 58-degree lofts. Kim shot a total of 13-under par in the 54-hole event with rounds of 70-68-65—203 at the Classic Golf & Country Club.

“For the second consecutive week, Fourteen Golf would like to congratulate winners on two prominent professional tours on their victories,” said Masashi Kamoda of Fourteen Golf.  “Fourteen Golf designs and manufactures the industry’s highest quality wedges, irons, hybrids, fairway woods and drivers, and we are pleased that world-class players are winning with them at the highest levels. They are designed to help discriminating golfers everywhere play better and enjoy the game more.”
