Four out of the six properties honored are managed by KemperSports
NORTHBROOK, Ill., Feb. 22, 2011 – The National Golf Foundation recently announced that four KemperSports properties earned top honors in its eighth annual Customer Loyalty Awards. In all, of the six awards that were presented at the 2011 Golf Industry Show in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 9-10, four were managed by KemperSports.
The awards were given to facilities with the highest customer satisfaction index scores based on surveys fielded through NGF’s Golfer Survey Program in two categories.The 2010 awards were given to courses with green fees more than and less than $70.
KemperSports award winners include Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kan. (winner – under $70), The Wilderness at Lake Jackson (runner-up – under $70), Cape Fear National in Leland, NC (runner-up – over $70) and Newport Dunes Golf Club in Port Aransas, TX (runner-up – over $70).
KemperSports has a long history in managing NGF Customer Loyalty Awards winners as past recipients include The Wilderness at Fortune Bay, Butterfield Trail Golf Course and Desert Willow Golf Resort who were all top-five finishers in the premium category in 2008.
