Royal Hawaiian Golf Club & Kapolei Golf Course linked in real-time to HGP Honolulu office
McHenry, Illinois (April 20, 2011) – Newly formed golf management company Hawaiian Golf Properties (HGP) has selected the Crescent System6 management software for its first 2 courses – the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club formerly known as Luana Hills in Kailua, Hawaii and the Kapolei Country Club located in Kapolei, Hawaii. Both clubs will utilize Crescent’s Fine Dining, Inventory Control, Ledger Link, Point of Sale, Sales Services, Tee Sheet, and Integrated Credit Card Processing.
Crescent completed installation of the system at Royal Hawaiian Golf Club using System6’s database replication features with HGP’s downtown Honolulu corporate office. With this version of Crescent, HGP management in Honolulu will be able to oversee and manage all their downstream properties in real-time and have immediate updates on important transactions or milestones occurring at any club.

Royal Hawaiian Golf Club opened in 1993 as an 18-hole semi-private golf course. The course measures 6,595 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 136 and a 70.9 USGA rating. Designed by Pete Dye, Royal Hawaiian Golf Club features four (4) sets of tees for different skill levels.
Kapolei Golf Course, designed by Ted Robinson, ASGCA, was opened in 1995. The 18-hole course features 7,001 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 72.7 and it has a slope of 134 on Bermuda grass. The clubhouse’s elegant restaurant offers authentic Japanese cuisine as well as a wide variety of American foods. The course hosted the LPGA’s Hawaiian Ladies Open from 1996 to 2001, and currently is the site of the annual NCAA Kent Youel Invitational, which is hosted by the University of Hawaii women’s golf team.
