SAN DIEGO, CA. – Heritage Golf Group announced recently that Derek Fox has been named Head Golf Professional of TPC Eagle Trace, a Heritage Golf Group property, in Coral Springs, Florida. Fox comes to this position after having served as Assistant Golf Professional at TPC Eagle Trace for the last five years.

Fox has a wide range of experience in the golf industry, having served in various roles since he began his career in 2000 at Egypt Valley Country Club in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Fox joined the TPC Eagle Trace team in 2005, where he spent just over one year in the roles of Outside Guest Services Attendant and then Supervisor. Within his second year at TPC Eagle Trace, Fox was then promoted to Assistant Golf Professional. Fox graduated from Grand Valley State University with a B.S. in Marketing in 2002 and is a Class A PGA Golf Professional.

“We are fortunate to have a great team of experienced and talented Ambassadors within our HGG properties, making it a seamless transition to promote from within the Heritage Collection of Clubs,” said John Hungerford, Executive Vice President of Heritage Golf Group. “We welcome Derek in his new role and look forward to continuing our commitment to bring unrivaled golf and uncompromising service to our Members and guests.”
