Haney to play, instruct using TaylorMade equipment
CARLSBAD, Calif. (June 6, 2011) – TaylorMade Golf is proud to announce the signing of world-renowned PGA Teaching Professional Hank Haney. As part of the new agreement, Haney will represent the TaylorMade® brand by playing and teaching with TaylorMade equipment, wearing the TaylorMade logo on his headwear and shirt sleeve and using a TaylorMade staff bag.

Haney, who is ranked annually as one of the finest instructors in the world, has coached more than 200 touring professionals from the PGA, LPGA, Champions, European, Japanese, Australian and Asian Tours over the course of his distinguished career. His students have won every major championship in professional golf, amateur golf and junior golf during his 35-plus years of teaching. He has gained further notoriety for his starring role on “The Haney Project,” one of the highest-rated original entertainment television series on The Golf Channel where Haney instructs celebrity personalities with the goal of helping them achieve new personal benchmarks as amateur golfers.

Haney also serves as Director of Instruction for the Hank Haney International Junior Golf Academy in Hilton Head, South Carolina and operates the Hank Haney Mission Hills Academy at Mission Hills on Hainan Island in China. He is also President of Hank Haney Golf Inc., which owns and operates four golf facilities in Texas.
