Glastonbury, CT (June 5, 2011) – Dressed 4 the Nines, a stunning line of interchangeable golf accessories for women and a refreshing antidote to age-old jokes about golf wear gaffes, makes its national debut today at Hartford Golf Club Chip In For a Cure Tournament.
Two women who love golf, Lizabeth Goldberg and Stephanie Jensen, were searching for smart, attractive golf attire and, surprised by the lack of options, decided to create their own. The result is Dressed 4 the Nines, a collection of mix and match golf accessories that invite women to give their outfits an entirely new look in minutes.
“Golf girls may just want to have fun, but they want to look great too” says Stephanie a successful landscape architect.
Liz, an interior designer, agrees. “People think of golf as an ‘old boy’sport but there are more and more women on the tees and greens these days and fashion matters to them,” said Liz.
Design is in their DNA and together, Liz and Steph are bringing unparalleled style to their fellow women golfers. Dressed 4 the Nines offers a core grouping of everyday golf accessories (glove, belt, cap -or visor-, and kilties for golf shoes) with interchangeable color-coordinated parts. A wide selection of hues and material combinations allow women to customize their accessories and make each outfit unique.
All products are made in the U.S.A. with the finest materials: genuine leather, solid brass hardware and breathable/washable microfiber. A 4-piece core set, (glove, belt, cap -or visor-, and kilties for golf shoes) retails for $96.00. To change the look, in coordinating colors and patterns are available for $34.00 retail.
