MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Three more companies have taken advantage of the opportunity to display and sell their products to over 3,000 competitive golfers and their guests in the Golf Expo portion of the 28th Annual Golf.Com World Amateur Handicap Championship in Myrtle Beach.
The Littlest Golfer, Musty Putters and the Mesquite Amateur will join two-dozen or more other exhibitors who will display and sell products to over 5,000 people for four nights.
There is still booth space available for the event, scheduled for August 29-Sept 1 in the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Companies can reserve booth space in the nightly expo for as little as $1,050, all-inclusive. And booth exhibitors wishing to play in the tournament receive special discounts. Call 407-328-0500, ext. 1 for details.
The Golf.Com World Amateur attracts over 3,000 golfers from all over the USA and the world for the Grand Strand. For four days these players compete in a 72-hole net tournament, utilizing 60 courses along the Grand Strand. On each of the four nights of the tournament, those golfers and their guests converge on the Myrtle Beach Convention Center for the World’s Largest 19th Hole – the Golf Expo, food and beverage, club-testing, entertainment, contests, scoreboard watching and more.
The Littlest Golfer is a complete golf lifestyle brand for children, and home of two turtles named Putter and Sandy. The clothes are manufactured with the same performance standards moms and dads demand for themselves, but with the comfort and style kids love. The Littlest Golfers books, clothes and training clubs will bring children into the world of golf so that they can “Start Younger, Play Longer!”
Musty Putters are created with patented technology. But it is the wood that allows the company to utilize this technology by moving the center of gravity up to the equator of the ball, which will create a positive roll on impact and a larger sweet spot. All Musty Putters are customized to fit the client’s height and putting style, so different lengths, lie and lofts are available. Plus every putter can be logo’d.
The Mesquite Amateur will celebrate its 10th Anniversary May 28-June 1, 2012. Up to 800 competitors converge on Mesquite, NV, just north of Las Vegas, for the 54-hole, net stoke play tournament. Participants compete against a field of players with a similar handicap. Finalist rankings will be determined by comparing the three-day cumulative score. The top four participants from each flight will complete in the 18-hole championship round at the CasaBlanca Golf Club.
The nighttime activities at the World.Com World Amateur include appearances by several celebrities such as golf commentator, author and former tour pro David Feherty.
The competition is divided into flights based on handicaps. Flight winners after four days of play will advance to the Championship Round at the TPC Myrtle Beach on Friday, Sept. 2. The world champion will be crowned from that round.
Deadline is approaching, and space is limited. To reserve space, or to find out more about the Golf.Com World Am, call 407-328-0500, ext. 1. For more information about the tournament, visit www.worldamgolf.com.
