Buyers can quickly search golf properties in Arizona and southern Nevada by city, community and zone
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Golf Realty Network, a Phoenix-based marketing company that has partnered with the Southwest Section PGA to connect golfers and golf enthusiasts with agents who specialize in golf real estate, launched a first-of-its-kind online golf property listing guide called “Golf Properties of the Southwest”. This digital E-Zine will feature Arizona golf properties and communities in the Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff areas, as well as Las Vegas golf properties in Southern Nevada. It is free to view and will be showcased on the GRN website at www.theGolfRealtyNetwork.com.
“Because buyers and sellers now do most of their home searches through the internet, we strive to be the best resource for finding that perfect home in a golf community by foregoing the traditional print listing guide and going with a digital version online,” said Jane Andersen, co-owner of Golf Realty Network.
The easy-to-use digital E-Zine is the quickest way for buyers to seek out golf properties, offering options to search by city, state, selected zones, and ultimately by specific golf course communities.
Each individual listing will feature detailed specifics about each property, as well as information about the surrounding golf course and community, including detailed color photos and links to the individual course or golf community website so buyers can get more detailed information without any additional searching.
“There are numerous benefits for the REALTOR and our prospective clients,” said Al Andersen, co-owner of the Golf Realty Network. “We save the REALTORS money by eliminating a print version, their properties can be seen and marketed worldwide and it’s easy for potential clients to search for golf properties because it reads like a newspaper, not a traditional flip book.”
The price to list a property in “Golf Properties of the Southwest” is $99 per listing per month, and open to agents from any brokerage, with the first month free of charge. Active GRN member agents can list as many properties as they would like free of charge during their first year of membership.
“Our main goal is to connect buyers looking for golf properties with agents who specialize in golf real estate and really know the golf market,” Jane Andersen said. “Golf Properties of the Southwest” is a fantastic tool to help make that connection.”
