Carlsbad, CA – October 10, 2011 – Trion:Z, manufacturer of award winning magnetic and negative ion technology, announced today that PGA Professional and Trion:Z Golf Tour Staffer Rickie Fowler claimed his first professional tour victory at the Kolon Korean Open.
Fowler, the 2010 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year, shot a final day 3-under 68 at Woo Jeong Hills Country Club to take a six-stroke victory over fellow Trion:Z staffer Rory McIlroy who captured a solo second place finish. His wire-to-wire win was impressive posting a 67, 70, 63, and 68 for a 16-under 268.
During the four day OneAsia Tour event, Fowler wore a variety of Trion:Z wristbands but during the final round he wore his signature orange and Trion:Z Dual Loop Wristband which features the Oklahoma State University’s logo. Fowler, a former OKU Cowboy takes great pride in wearing his Collegiate Dual Loop Wristband. Trion:Z now has official licensing rights to some of the largest leagues; the SCC, ACC, Pac 10, Big 12, Big East and Mountain West conferences.
The 22 year old, Fowler known for his attention to style, also wore the yet to be released Trion:Z Elite Necklace with CO Pendant. This new Trion:Z product was developed due to the overwhelming demand of the Tao Necklace. It is similar in its appearance but differs in materials. The pendant is manufactured with the finest quality stainless steel available and the soft resin loop of the necklace features the original Colantotte technology which uses the Alternating North-South Polarity Orientation (ANSOP™) that increases the penetration of the magnetic field.
“We knew it was just a matter of time until he won his first tournament. He is such a tremendous player and his scores are a testament to that. In fact, his third round 63 matched the course record and it was bogey free.
The company and I are very proud of him and congratulate him for being the Korean Open Champion,” said Trion:Z CEO Toru Kamatari.
Fowler’s Collegiate Dual Loop Wristband brings negative ions and twin 1,000 magnets to form the most unique product of its kind. The Trion:Z fabric is made with “Mineon Fibers”, an innovative textile with negative ion producing minerals woven into the fabric. They generate an enormous level of negative ions.
The 1,000 Gauss axially magnetized magnets, again are arranged in a unique Alternating North-South Polarity Orientation (ANSPO™) that increases the penetration of the magnetic field. The Collegiate wristbands are an amazing way to combine the power of negative ions, magnets, and style for any sport or everyday use.
“Last weekend, Trion:Z celebrated the trifecta in golf. Rickie won 1st, Rory took 2nd, and Brittany Lincicome at the Hana Bank Championship captured 3rd. We applaud each of these athletes for their outstanding performance,” added Kamatari.
About Trion:Z Magnets:
The natural power of the Trion:Z magnets restores the negative impact today’s lifestyle imposes. The human body absorbs positive ions from electronic equipment, cell phones, electrical wiring, and machinery. Trion:Z with its negative ionic technology combats these destructive positive ions for regeneration.
