They hope to get their message out to all golfers and golf enthusiasts, globally, that love the golf lifestyle and want to “live where they play”.
Phoenix – The Andersen’s started GRN in an effort to better serve the Golfers and Golf enthusiasts find their perfect golf home. “Out of 390+ Public and Private Golf Courses throughout Arizona and Southern Nevada, we knew there was a lot to choose from, but, not a single source in which to find, browse, or speak with a specialized real estate agent that covered that course and geography,” states Jane Andersen. They created Golf Realty Network™ in an effort to fill this void and service the Golf Property Buyer/Seller. Their network of real estate agents, from a variety of Brokerages, specialize in Golf Properties and have extensive knowledge about the courses they cover, the community, the homes, and amenities.
The Golf Realty Network™ is a marketing company that “connects” Golf Enthusiasts to Real Estate. GRN is a proud sponsor of the Southwest Section PGA and its 390+ courses and over 1000 course Pros. To accomplish their service goal, the Section (Arizona and Southern Nevada) is divided into 11 zones. “Each “member” agent is assigned a specific zone to cover based on their expertise, course knowledge, and preference,” states Al Andersen. “The agents receive buyer and seller leads from Golf Realty Network™ on a regular basis, based on rotation,” Al adds. Golf Realty Network™ currently has 22 member agents in their network, covering Phoenix, Scottsdale, Payson, Sedona, Las Vegas, Flagstaff, and Tucson. They have plans to add an additional 35 agents based on need and coverage. Agents must apply and demonstrate a golf specialization. They are “vetted” by the SWSPGA and the Golf Realty Network™ owners.
GRN’s mission is to be known as the “preferred” source to find golf property or sell golf property in Arizona or Southern Nevada. To accomplish this mission, they’ve designed and developed an online Golf Property of the Southwest™ listing magazine that is state of the art for searching or browsing Golf Properties based on State, Zone, City, or Golf Course. The Magazine is available to any real estate agent and can be found on their site: www.thegolfrealtynetwork.com/ezine. Agents may upload their Golf listings to the online magazine at a fraction of what a print ad would cost. They are linked to the SWSPGA’s online reservation system, www.theteetimestore.com, where Golfers around the globe can go to book discounted tee times and search for Golf Properties at the same time.
