East Hampton, NY – The Ann Liguori Foundation Charity Golf Classic on June 6, 2012 at Maidstone Club located in East Hampton, NY – is already sold out. Proceeds raised will benefit not-for-profits including the American Cancer Society and Healthy Children, Healthy Futures, teaching young people about good nutrition and fitness for over-all good health benefits. Several of Ann’s sports buddies including former Yankee’s pitcher Tommy John, former Jets Marty Lyons, 4-time Stanley Cup winner Bobby Nystrom and Marty “Mr. Fashion” Hackel of Golf Digest, will join Ann on the links.

There will be a live auction, which will include golf trips to Ireland to play some of Ireland and Northern Ireland’s championship links courses and opportunities to play some of the top golf courses in the United States.

Four years ago, the Ann Liguori Foundation introduced nutritionist Jill Jayne to Long Island for the first time. Along with conducting entertaining nutrition education assemblies for Middle School students on the East End of Long Island, Jayne helped Southampton Intermediate School incorporate the Healthy Children, Healthy Futures curriculum in their school program which they use every year.
