The #3 to #10(PW) is a 2-piece construction with a wide sweet spot. Moment of inertia (MOI) was enlarged and combined with a lower and deeper center of gravity design. This enhances stabilization of direction performance produces high, penetrating trajectory and distance. The #11 and #SW are a standard forged cavity back.

Process: Precision forging and maraging in Honma’s own foundry in Sakata, Japan

Standard production steel shaft is the NS Pro 950GH. NS Pro Modus 3 and other NS Pro steel products are available by special order. Standard production graphite shaft is the Honma ARMRQ8-54. Optional shafts include: ARMRQ8-45, 49 and 62, VIZARD I550 and I500 by special order. All shafts come in a variety of flexes. The ARMRQ8 is an advanced circular design of the ARMRQ6 shaft. Response to directional torsion is improved and a 45° carbon layer was added. Torsion rigidity was improved significantly and better direction control. The VIZARD shaft was comprised of input from tour pros.
