PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – (October 21, 2013) The Golf Connection LLC, based in Royersford, PA brings the Traveling Golfer Tony Leodora to the Jamaica Pro-Am “Annie’s Revenge,” presented by Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum. This special feature is the first Traveling Golfer show separate from the monthly feature format.
The Jamaica Pro-Am “Annie’s Revenge” started in 2006 and will take place November 20-24, this year. Leodora along with Tom Jaronski from The Golf Connection present an ocean view at Cinnamon Hill and its signature hole number five, the challenging sister course White Witch, carved right out of a jungle, and finally to Robert Trent Jones designed Half Moon, which plays host to the Jamaica Open every year.
Another special segment in this Traveling Golfer is the story of the brutal Annie Palmer and the 300 year old home she resided in. The story of Annie is explained by residents of the area and why the name lends itself well to the tournament.
“The Golf Connection has really made this tournament something special,” explains Leodora. “The accommodations, courses and activities are world class and the reason so many golfers participate each year.”
