Winter Park, Fla. (January 25, 2016) – Global Golf Post, the leading digital golf magazine in the world, today unveiled its second annual PGA of America All-Pro Teams. Thirty-eight PGA Golf Professionals were recognized for their on-course performance in 2015.
“All golfers know how long and hard the PGA Head Golf Professional works during the golf season,” said Global Golf Post Founder & Publisher Jim Nugent. “Despite that heavy workload, many of these pros play at an extremely high level, but they don’t get the recognition they deserve. Our All-Pro feature is designed to do just that: recognize the best playing golf professionals in America.”
As a part of the multi-page package, The Post announced it’s 2016 “Pro’s Pro.” Bel-Air Country Club’s Head Golf Professional Dave Podas was recognized for both his playing ability and his day-to-day leadership skills.
“The man can play, and his ability to do that with consistency and aplomb as he also holds down one of the biggest jobs in golf is why Global Golf Post is recognizing him as this year’s Pro’s Pro” wrote John Steinbreder in a profile of Podas.
