THIRD YEAR FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY AND GOLF SEMINARS

The English Golf Union and English Ladies Golf Association will again offer seminars specifically dealing with the topic of physiotherapy and golf. The program consists of two one-day seminars.

Cook, Zontek recognized by GCSAA for distinguished service

Thomas W. Cook, associate professor of horticulture at Oregon State University, and Stanley J. Zontek, director of the U.S. Golf Association Green Section’s Mid-Atlantic Region, have been selected as recipients of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America‘s Distinguished Service Award.

Reynolds Plantation Announces New Names For Cupp Course, And Community

Officials from Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Ga., announce that the neighboring community of Port Armor, which was acquired earlier this year, will be renamed Reynolds Landing. Membership plans were also announced at a town hall meeting that was held at the Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation.
