Warren Bottke and Don Law Lead 2015 South Florida PGA Annual Awards Class

PGA of America | South Florida Section: Warren Bottke and Don Law lead the list of the Section’s annual award winners. Bottke, director of instruction at the Abacoa Golf Club Academy in Jupiter, Fla., is the 2015 PGA Golf Professional of the Year, while Don Law, PGA director of instruction at the Don Law Golf Academy, has is named the 2015 PGA Teacher of the Year.

John Fought To Renovate Charlotte’s Carmel CC North Course

John Fought Design: To renovate Carmel Country Club’s North Course, which is located in Charlotte, N.C. The North Course, a George Cobb design, debuted in 1950 and was redesigned 20 years ago by Tom Jackson. Work is scheduled to begin Nov. 2 and the course is expected to reopen in September.
