Cordillera Ranch Opens New Vista Offices and Visitors Center
New home to DH Investment Company, Cordillera Ranch Realty, Pasadera Builders and Cordillera Ranch Property Owners Association
(BOERNE, Texas) – Cordillera Ranch – the Hill Country’s premier luxury golf community – announces the opening of its Vista Offices and Visitors Center.
Designed by renowned architect Jim Terrian, the Cordillera Ranch Vista Offices and Visitors Center is home to the offices of Cordillera Ranch Realty, DH Investment Company, Pasadera Builders, the Cordillera Ranch Property Owners Association administration, along with Jim Terrian Designs.
Cordillera Ranch’s Vista Offices and Visitors Center boasts a residential-looking exterior, and its internal layout offers great functional enhancements and state-of-the-art technological presentations. Four touch-screen kiosks in the main lobby connect the client with general information about the community, amenities, available properties, The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, interactive maps and the Preferred Builders – Garner Homes, Todd Glowka Builders, Stadler Homes and Pasadera Builders.
The Vista Offices and Visitors Center sits just a short walk from its former perch, a 55-acre hilltop that is now Cordillera Ridge, one of Cordillera Ranch’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Cordillera Ridge encompasses the community’s highest-elevated lots ranging from two- to four-plus acres. The neighborhood offers 20-mile views of the Guadalupe River and Cibolo Creek valleys, with lots ranging from the $350,000s to over $1 million.
The community will celebrate the opening of the Vista Offices and Visitors Center on May 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with an open house and tours of neighboring Cordillera Ridge.
“We’re delighted to house our offices alongside other businesses associated with our community in the new Vista Office and Visitors Center,” says Charlie Hill, President and Chief Operating Officer of DH Investments, developer of Cordillera Ranch. “In recent years, we’d simply outgrown our space and were in great need of an upgrade and expansion. The new Vista Office and Visitors Center will serve as a remarkable welcome center for Cordillera Ranch for years to come.”
Cordillera Ranch has earned a reputation as one of the country’s finest luxury communities, with its consistent growth and stability that has unquestionably instilled buyer confidence. Nearly 800 homes are completed (and more than 1,200 lot sales) in the community. At final build-out, Cordillera Ranch will total approximately 2,500 homes and preserve 80% of the land in its natural state.
The community garnered $106 million in real estate transactions in 2018 (home starts, lot and home sales), the fourth straight year Cordillera Ranch has eclipsed $100 million. This robust real estate activity over the past four years has expedited several new expansions and developments.
In addition to Cordillera Ridge, The Springs of Cordillera Ranch, one of the community’s newest gated enclaves, continues to thrive. The neighborhood features estate-sized home sites from 3/4 to three-plus acres from $100,000. Vast Hill Country views, stately Live Oak trees, the spring-fed Panther Creek and miles of walking and hiking trails are all coveted features. The Springs Sports Park recently opened and features baseball and soccer fields, and a half-court basketball court.
Also opening in 2019 is the Golf Performance Center at Cordillera Ranch. The center will have two hitting bays, each offering a Flightscope Launch Monitor and a three-camera system to provide instructors with valuable swing information and video data of their students. The Golf Performance Center at Cordillera Ranch also will be one of the few facilities in Texas to feature the Swing Catalyst 3D Motion Plate.
Additionally, the community is constructing The Lodges at Cordillera Ranch, boutique onsite accommodations for property owners and club members’ guests. The first phase of The Lodges will include two units with a total of 10 available rooms and is scheduled for completion this summer. The Lodges are idyllically located adjacent to The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch clubhouse so guests can conveniently enjoy the amenities.
Cordillera Ranch’s seven on-site, resort-style amenity clubs – Golf, Tennis and Swim, Spa and Athletic, Social, Rod and Gun, Equestrian and River – are all available under one membership. This trailblazing model continues to attract a wide array of buyers from throughout Texas and the United States. The Cordillera Ranch clubhouse was recently named the Most Beautiful Clubhouse in Texas by Architectural Digest. Community honors continue to roll in as well, as Where to Retire Magazine named Cordillera Ranch one of the “50 Best Master-Planned Communities in the U.S.,” and San Antonio Magazine tabbed it one of the best neighborhoods in the area.
