Laurel Hill Golf Club: Selected by the U.S. Golf Association to host the 2013 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship. Laurel Hill is located in Lorton, Va.

Pristine Bay Resort: Announces that its Perry and Pete Dye-designed golf course, The Black Pearl, is now open for public play. Pristine Bay is located on Roatan in the Caribbean.

Celtic Manor Resort: Twenty Ten Course, which hosted the 2010 Ryder Cup, is named the top modern design in Wales by Golfweek. The course ranked No. 18 among all Great Britain and Ireland courses built since 1960.

Royal Ka’anapali Course: To host the 24th Champions Skins Game, Jan. 29-30. Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson, Fuzzy Zoeller, Ben Crenshaw, Nick Price, Bernhard Langer, Fred Couples and Mark O’Meara are scheduled to compete.

Waikoloa Beach Resort: To host the collegiate UH-HILO Tournament, Feb. 2-4. The field will include top-10 ranked UCLA, Oklahoma State, Georgia Tech and Texas.

Lake of Isles: North Course is named to two of Golfweek’s course rankings – No. 81 on the Top 100 Resort Courses and ranked No. 19 on the 2010 Best Casino Courses list. This is Lake of Isles fifth consecutive appearance in the rankings.

Aliante Golf Club: Joins OB Sports to launch Family Tees and Kids Play Free programs to give families greater opportunities to play the north Las Vegas course.

Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks: Hosted Golf Channel, which conducted an interview between analyst Charlie Rymer and British Open champion David Duval. The interview will be aired on “Golf Central” on Feb. 15. Ravens Three Peak is located in Silverthorne, Colo.

Schmidt-Curley Design: Announces its Liaoning Gold Time Club in Yingkou, China, has completed the grow-in phase and is ready for play. Liaoning Gold Time is located on Bohai Bay in northeastern China.

Fallen Oak: Selected by Golfweek as the No. 2 Casino Course in the country and tabbed Beau Rivage Resort and Casino as the No. 12 Resort Course for 2011.

Sweetgrass Golf Club: Is ranked No. 24 among Golfweek’s America’s Best Casino Golf Courses, which was released in the magazine’s Dec. 10 edition.

Mississippi Development Authority: Reports that seven state courses are listed in Golfweek’s 50 Best Casino Courses rankings – Fallen Oak Golf Club (No. 2), Dancing Rabbit Golf Club’s Azaleas Course (No. 18), Grand Bear Golf Club (No. 23), The Preserve Golf Club (No. 39), Shell Landing (No. 40), Dancing Rabbit Golf Club’s Oaks Course (No. 43) and The Bridges Golf Club (No. 48).
