Las Vegas National Golf Club: Historic Vegas course launches LasVegasNationalGC.com to help promote a course that will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2011.

Billy Casper Golf: Kennsington Golf Club in Canfield, OH, selects Billy Casper Golf to manage its facility. The addition of Kennsington marks BCG’s 11th property in Ohio and 39th in the Midwest.

Island Resort and Casino: The home to Sweetgrass Golf Club in Harris, MI, launches the club’s website, www.sweetgrassgolfclub.com, which features a course overview, rates and packages and media reviews.

Shadow Ridge Golf Club: No. 1 in Desert Golf magazine’s ranking of the Top 10 Resort Courses in the Coachella Valley. It is Shadow Ridge’s second consecutive No. 1 ranking and fourth in the last five years. Shadow Ridge is located in Palm Desert, CA.

Longbow Golf Club: The Mesa, AZ, club will hold its sixth Longbow Golf Fest on Saturday, Jan. 30. The event will feature a variety of golf-related activities geared toward novice and expert golfers, and the first 100 people in attendance will receive a complimentary ticket to the upcoming Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Merion Golf Club: Construction is underway on a new, sustainable, 24,000 sq.ft. Operations and Turf Maintenance Center. The center will serve two golf courses, including the historic East Course.

Timacuan Golf Club: Held the Timacuan $10,000 Scramble, which was won with an 18-under-par 54 by the foursome of Matt Kleinrock, Jeff Dennis, Tyler Brown and Chase Baldwin on Monday. Timacuan is located in Lake Mary, FL.

White Columns Country: Selected by U.S. Golf Association to host U.S. Women’s Open Sectional Qualifying on May 26. Qualifiers advance to the U.S. Women’s Open, July 8-11 at Oakmont Country Club in Pennsylvania.

Celtic Manor Resort: The Twenty Ten Course, which will host this year’s Ryder Cup, ranked 19th in Golfweek’s listing of best Great Britain and Ireland courses built since 1960. It placed higher than the previous two European Ryder Cup hosts – The K Club (No. 30) and The Belfry (not ranked).
