Customer Service and IT Welcome New Staff
Richmond, VA – Dynamic Brands is thrilled to be adding more talent to their Richmond, Virginia team.
After ten years, Don Carroll returns to Dynamic Brands as the Contact Center Manager. He is a graduate of Liberty University and has extensive experience in sales, customer service and call center operations management. Most recently, Carroll was the Director of Client Services for one of Richmond’s premier HVAC companies. As Dynamic Brands’ Contact Center Manager, Carroll is responsible for ensuring the customer service department provides the industry’s best customer service and sales support.
Joe St. Clair recently moved into the role of IT Director at Dynamic Brands. He studied Management Information Systems at Bradley University and has over 15 years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing environments. Originally from South Bend, Indiana, he relocated his family to Richmond to lead the IT and ERP teams at a large pet treat manufacturer. After a successful turnaround, St. Clair joined Dynamic Brands to lead the IT department, where he works to improve NetSuite ERP system usage, harden security and build a modern infrastructure.
