FCG CALLAWAY WORLD JUNIOR GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP RECORD PARTICIPATION WITH 719 PLAYERS TO COMPETE ON 11 CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSES

On July 16-19, 2023 719 junior golfers from 36 countries will come together to compete at 11 Championship Golf Courses in Palm Springs, CA.  Just to make it to the Championship all players had to qualify via the FCG Tour or partner tour from around the world.  In total there were over 120 qualifying events in 30 countries and over 20,000 players attempted to qualify for the Championship.  

 

The event is a unique event as all players will play at 7:30am shotgun start each day and ride in carts.  Players ages 15-18 will share their cart with players and the 14 and under division players must have a caddy to drive them.  

 

The event is way more than just a golf tournament with the annual FCG Welcome Party being held Sunday July 16th at the Renaissance Palm Springs Resort.  All players will check in from 2-6pm and we will have all of our tournament sponsors on hand for contests, events, and more.  We will have a DJ playing music, an inflatable golf target competition and more.  Special thank you to all of our sponsors including:
