Jim Beatty, president of JBGV announced today that the 4th Annual African American Golf EXPO and Forum will feature the GOING PRO SHOWCASE. This will feature aspiring young men and women who are currently pursuing careers as professional golfers at the highest levels. These young men and women will be there to share their respective story highlighting their trials, tribulations, and aspirations. They will be provided exhibit space to display their accomplishments, biographies, and career highlights to date. The public is invited to come out and meet these young men and women and if so inclined to become donors, sponsors, partners, and fans of their efforts. This will be held in the EXPO exhibition hall which will be free and open to the public. The public can attend the EXPO Exhibit Hall only free of charge by registering here
The purpose of this effort is to familiarize the public with the plight of these individuals and ideally to help raise money to fund their efforts.
