The wait was long, but well worth it. Augusta National shined just as bright in November as it does in April and a new Masters Champion was crowned. The World No. 1 came in playing outstanding golf, and nothing changed as he sauntered around ANGC dominating the field and making history along the way. The player was dialed in from the very start, opening his Masters run with a 7-under 65 and never looked back. He recorded the lowest score in tournament history, finishing at 20-under-par – two ahead of the previous record held. Statistically in the Top-10 of every strokes gained category, the player proved why he is the best player in the world and has been for quite some time.
