New Venue Announcement – Mission Resort + Club Joins 59clubUSA

59clubUSA is thrilled to announce Mission Resort + Club as its newest partner venue, further strengthening its presence across the United States.

Owned and operated by MMI Hospitality Group, Mission Resort + Club is nestled among the rolling hills of Central Florida, and renowned for its two championship golf courses, outstanding hospitality, and commitment to delivering memorable experiences for members and guests alike. With a rich golfing heritage and a reputation for exceptional service, the resort continues to be one of Florida’s premier golf destinations.

Through this new partnership, Mission Resort + Club will utilize a comprehensive suite of 59club solutions, including Mystery Shopping, E-learning Education Platform, Member & Guest Surveys, and on-site Training.

Together, these tools will provide valuable insight into the visiting golfer experience, membership sales inquiry handling, team performance, and overall service delivery.

59clubUSA will work closely with the team to deliver customized training across golf operations and sales. The training content will be shaped by the insights and opportunities identified through the mystery shopping data, ensuring the program is tailored to the club’s specific needs and objectives.

The resulting data and development will help the resort to further elevate standards and enhance the experiences enjoyed across the property.
