PGA GOLF CLUB’S HOLLY TAYLOR NAMED MERCHANDISER OF THE YEAR IN RESORT CATEGORY FOR SOUTH FLORIDA PGA SECTION
PGA Golf Club – the PGA of America’s award-winning 54-hole facility – announces its head golf professional, Holly Taylor, has been named the 2019 South Florida PGA section’s “Merchandiser of the Year” in the resort category.
The coveted annual award recognizes PGA professionals within the section demonstrating superior skills as a merchandiser in the promotion of golf as well as excellence in golf shop operations.
Taylor, who has been at PGA Golf Club for 11 years, will be honored at the South Florida PGA Annual Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner on Nov. 12 at the Country Club at Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens.
“I am thrilled to receive this prestigious honor,” says Taylor, a two-time Merchandiser of the Year award recipient from the Southeast Chapter of the section. “At PGA Golf Club, we aim to provide our guests with a memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Through the hard work and dedication from our entire team, our golf shop has earned the Platinum Award from the Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) for four years running. We’re proud to add this recognition to our list of industry accolades.”
