Singerling Scholarship Recipients Named by The Club Foundation
Alexandria, VA – The Club Foundation is pleased to announce the 2020 recipients of the James B. Singerling Scholarship. The purpose of this scholarship is to make it possible for recipients to attend the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) 2020 World Conference and Club Business Expo for the first time as a club industry professional. The 2020 event will take place in Grapevine, TX, February 8-12.
The 2020 recipients are:
Debra (DJ) Holcomb, The Country Club at DC Ranch, Scottsdale, AZ
John Woodworth, Tulsa Country Club, Tulsa, OK
The Club Foundation established the James B. Singerling Scholarship in honor of CMAA’s long-time CEO, Jim Singerling, CCM, upon his retirement after 25 years of leadership in 2014.
2019 Scholarship recipient Kemorr Condappa of The Landings Yacht, Golf, and Tennis Club shares: “This opportunity provided me with the necessary tools and networking for my career path. I am forever grateful and appreciative [to have been] selected as a recipient of the James B. Singerling Scholarship.”
