TPC Danzante Bay will be providing exclusive stay and play opportunities for SCPGA Club professionals and their club members as well as developing events throughout the year to support the SCPGA Foundation.
The SCPGA will market TPC Danzante Bay through newsletters, email blasts, and on the SCPGA You Tube Channel. In addition, TPC Danzante Bay staff will be given an opportunity to speak at chapter meetings, have the golf course promoted to members, customers, allied associations and corporate partners of the SCPGA.
“The SCPGA is happy to partner with such a great golf getaway facility,” said Dave Kuhn, SCPGA Business Development & Marketing Director. “Working with fellow PGA Professionals to grow the game and offer our PGA and Junior Tour members the opportunity to experience this beautiful and unique golf location is a goal we’ve been diligently working on.” “Be sure to say hi to the TPC Danzante Bay team when you see them at SCPGA events once the quarantine is over.”
Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa is a luxury destination resort on the Sea of Cortez, off the eastern coast of the Baja Peninsula. This centerpiece of the resort is TPC Danzante Bay, part of a luxury master-planned community adjacent to the coastline of Baja’s inland marine sanctuary. A Rees Jones design, the golf course offers five sets of tees, ranging between 4,916 and 7,237 yards. It features wide fairways and greens that must be carefully judged but are never unfair. Most of the entrances to the greens are open—allowing approach shots to run on safely—while the holes along the cliffs feature strategically placed collection areas to keep errant shots from taking the plunge into the blue water below.
