RENENS, SWITZERLAND — Swiss golf shaft manufacturer TPT has launched a fully online Driver Shaft Fitting Course that allows golfers and golf industry professionals to learn the secrets of the best club fitters in the world.
The video-based, 2-hour course was developed by TPT Head of Performance Jon Sinclair, a PGA Tour Player Coach best known for his cutting-edge research in the field of golf equipment performance and optimization.
The course offers accreditation as a TPT Certified Fitter to those who pass its knowledge examination, as well as a rebate on the course for those who become TPT Retailers.*
“The new technologies TPT shafts are bringing to the market are critical to helping golfers maximize their performance and consistency,” Sinclair said. “but the golf shaft is also only one part of the equation. It takes a proper fitting of a TPT shaft or any shaft to maximize a golfer’s potential.
“The goal of this course is to help club fitters and serious golfers understand how they can hit longer and straighter drives. And while a portion of this course is specific to TPT shafts, the vast majority of the content is relevant to anyone who wants to understand the most advanced research on golf shafts and how they can achieve maximum performance.”
