Chromax® – US Minigolf Team competes against 18 countries in WAGM 2019
Boulder, Colorado, July 1, 2019 –Chromax® Golf (Chromaxgolf.com), has been a proud golf ball sponsor of the United States Minigolf Team at the World Adventure Golf Masters (WAGM), the past four years. Chromax® patented 75 and 90 compression, metallic colored golf balls, deliver high quality play on regulation courses and the technical performance needed on competitive miniature golf courses.
June 14-16, twelve members of the US National Pro MiniGolf Association traveled to Kungälv, Sweden, along with 18 teams comprises 98 players, from 15 different countries. The competition was held over the course of three days, with many players arriving early for practice at the hosting Golfoasen course; a special “miniature” replica of the 14th Century Bohus Fortress. The Opening Ceremony began with a Parade of Nations procession by all the teams walking from the town square to the original historic Bohus Fortress, where the event was officially opened with local entertainment, recitation of the Olympic Oath, and dinner.
The three USA Teams placed 4th, 7th and 12th overall, with Sweden and Germany taking first through 3rd titles.

In May 2019, The United States Pro MiniGolf Association (USPMGA) held the 22nd annual USPMGA U.S. Open in Tega Cay, South Carolina. Total purse was $20,000 and the top three players were, 1st place Olivia Prokopova, 2nd place Matt McCaslin and 3rd place Rick Alessi.
In October 2019, the USPMGA Masters will also include a $20,000 purse and celebrate 23 years of competition in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
