Cuisine from the Baja region will be showcased through cooking demonstrations, tasting events, and exclusive dinners, all prepared under the expert guidance of three guest chefs during Baja Fest, November 18-23, at Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa.
The Baja Fest package spans Monday, November 18 through Friday, November 23 and includes:
- Five-night stay in a Deluxe Suite
- Welcome cocktail party
- Three cooking demonstrations by resort chefs in the pool area
- Baja wine, beer and canape tastings
- Four-course Italian dinner with Baja accents at Casa Mia
- Pool party with three chef stations representing the flavors and regions of Valle de Guadalupe, Mulege, and Miraflores
- Five-course dinner at Danzante Restaurant prepared by guest chefs
- Baja’s Gastronomy Buffet at Market Restaurant (daily)
- Tax and services
The all-Inclusive rate is $806 (USD) per person, based on double occupancy.
Three chefs from other Villa del Palmar properties will be participating in the six-day event.
The resort, which overlooks the Sea of Cortez on the eastern coast of the Baja Peninsula, is just a two-hour flight from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) via Alaska Airlines and is accessible seasonally with direct WestJet flights from Calgary, and from Tijuana via Calafia Airlines.
