The 2024 WIGI-pedia Speakers Series presented by Women in the Golf Industry(WIGI) will feature renown business and golf professional Debbie O’Connell, LPGA.
The WIGI-pedia Zoom event is scheduled for Thurs. June 20, 2024, at 4:30 PM (EDT) and will be moderated by WIGI President Kay McMahon, PGA/LPGA. In addition to Q&A, O’Connell will share her vast expertise in the areas of marketing and branding, embracing the key components in building a successful business.

As an entrepreneur Debbie has built a strong brand which is evidenced by her global client base.
O’Connell also teaches Mindset Mastery and How to Conquer Your Golf Mind allowing her clients to achieve their goals and play their best. In addition to her work with individuals and groups on advancing performance skills and mindset, she is an International Professional Speaker, Trainer & Coach, and a Corporate Event Manager who also organizes a spirited biannual travel & golf week at the Solheim Cup.
This amazing businesswoman is the best-selling author of Golf Positive! Live Positive!, thehost of Audible ’s 12-lesson series Golf Positive and has had several appearances on the Golf Channel. O’Connell also authored an e-book titled 7 Principles to Lower Your Handicapwith Flow State Golf.
Awards and special distinctions are nothing new for O’Connell, as she was recently voted, again, as one of the LPGA’s Top 50 Best Teachers. Other achievements include: LPGA National Professional of the Year, LPGA NE Section Teacher of the Year, Inaugural Nancy Lopez Golf Achievement Award.
WIGI-pedia is WIGI’s “go-to” educational series which highlights Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) from various segments of the golf industry.
According to WIGI President Kay McMahon, the WIGI-pedia sessions are designed to enlighten, engage, and inform WIGI members and guests.
