The m-Caddy mobile tee time confirmation system requires minimal effort on the part of the golf course. The system speaks directly with the tee sheet of the golf course, sends an automated text message to golfers 24 hours before their tee time, prompting them to reply with the number of golfers who will actually be golfing tomorrow. Upon receiving the response, the m-Caddy system then confirms, modifies or cancels the tee time seamlessly in the golf courses own reservation system. For any modifications or cancellations, the m-Caddy physically removes those golfers from the tee sheet, allowing the golf course to sell the vacant tee times that would have otherwise gone unsold as no shows. The entire process is fully automated and works behind the scenes in real time.
