Chambers Bay Goes Gas-Free For A Day To Celebrate Earth Day

Chambers Bay (University Place, Wash.): To maintain its 250-acre golf course free of gas on Earth Day, Sunday, April 22. Chambers Bay superintendent David Wienecke has arranged for Jacobsen, an equipment manufacturer, and RMT Equipment, a golf supply company, to provide electric mowers, greens rollers, bunker rakes and utility vehicles for the day.
