U.S. Women's Open Entries Close; 62 Golfers Currently Exempt

It is the fourth consecutive year the number of entries for the championship has surpassed 1,000. The previous record of 1,158 was set in 2005 for the Women’s Open at Cherry Hills Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, Colo.
