Second Annual Patriot Golf Day Raises More Than $1.7 Million To Support Families Of Those Wounded, Fallen In Nation's Service

The second Patriot Golf Day, a nationwide campaign to support the families of those military veterans who have been disabled or lost their lives in the line of duty, has produced donations to date of more than $1.7 million. The campaign, which benefits the Folds of Honor Foundation, is jointly supported by the PGA of America and the United States Golf Association.

On behalf of the U.S. Team, The PGA of America will distribute $2.6 million to designated charities, the Folds of Honor Foundation and to colleges and universities chosen by the U.S. Ryder Cup team.
