Economic Impact Of 2007 Senior PGA Championship Significant And Far Reaching For South Carolina

The 2007 Senior PGA Championship will generate an estimated $23.3 million in South Carolina through direct spending by non-resident spectators and in expenditures by the PGA of America, according to the office of tourism analysis at the College of Charleston. The 68th Senior PGA Championship will be contested May 22-27, 2007, on The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
